As you might already know, I’m a bit of a nerd and I can’t let the opportunity of checking out the latest gadget pass. In this case, I’ll talk about my experience with Fitbit.

 This bracelet evaluates your activity levels, as well as your sleeping pattern. A few examples of of the factors that can be measured include your step count, your calorie record or your hours of sleep.

 The data can then be shared by Bluetooth to your phone or laptop, where you can keep track of your progress. In case you want to go a step further, you can register on their website to access nutritional and fitness advice.

My favorite fact about Fitbit is that it offers you the chance to take control of your own health and to challenging yourself daily with new objectives. It is definitely something that you should try out, so I invite you to test it!
